Privacy notice

This notice explains how Connectivity Clouds (“we”) handles personal data collected through connectivityclouds.digital and related email or phone enquiries.

Data we collect

• Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
• Enquiry content (selected audit, timeline notes, message text)
• Technical logs needed to operate the site (IP address, browser type) when hosted
• Cookie preferences stored locally in your browser (see our cookies page)

Purposes

We use enquiry data to respond to estimate requests, schedule scoping calls, prepare engagement letters, and—where you subscribe—send occasional field notes. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are retained up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Engagement records follow retention periods stated in the engagement letter and applicable Taiwan professional and tax rules.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain uses. Contact hello@connectivityclouds.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a hosting or email provider processes data outside Taiwan, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and limit the data to what the service needs.

Security

We apply access controls and minimise the number of people who can read enquiry inboxes. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full card numbers, national ID numbers, or complete customer datasets through the website form.
