Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Connectivity Clouds website at connectivityclouds.digital and any enquiry you submit through it. By continuing to browse or submit a form, you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, please stop using the site and contact us by phone or post instead. Formal audit engagements are governed by a separate engagement letter; these website terms do not replace that letter.

Services described

Pages describing audits for fintech, fees, and fieldwork are informational. They do not create a professional engagement until both parties sign an engagement letter that states scope, fees, and deliverables.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to Connectivity Clouds. You may quote short passages for internal evaluation of our practice with attribution. You may not republish field notes or fee tables as your own materials.

Client materials

Documents you share during an enquiry remain yours. We use them only to prepare estimates or, after contracting, to perform the agreed audit. We do not claim ownership of your ledgers, policies, or case files.

Liability

The website is provided as a general introduction to our practice. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website copy without a signed engagement. To the extent permitted by Taiwan law, our liability for website use is limited to direct damages that are reasonably foreseeable.

Professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice, accounting advice, or a supervisory determination. Findings issued under an engagement letter speak only to the agreed scope and sample.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
